Here you will find just some of the pieces from the Rocky Batchelor collection.

The earth has produced these true wonders over millions of years and for us to enjoy some of the most perfect, and natural sculptures is a true privilege. This page represents just a small portion of my personal taste and collection brought to light by some of the worlds most renowned Mineral photographers. Whilst i have a great appreciation and love for faceted gemstones and the craft of fine jewellery, I love aiding the preservation of mineral specimens, and appreciating the fascinating natural qualities they have to offer. Too many world class specimens are being cut these days.

This is a personal collection so is not currently for sale, however like most collectors as my taste, style and education expands I occasionally rotate out specimens to make way for new pieces. If something resonates with your collection or you would like me to commission something from the same family, feel free to reach out.

The world of mineral collecting has seen a remarkable rise in popularity in recent years, with prestigious gem and mineral shows taking place globally and with hundreds of thousands of visitors travelling from all around the world to attend, collectors are not merely acquiring crystals just for the fascination, rarity and beauty of these truly remarkable objects but they are becoming a significant avenue for investment and wealth storage.

With magazine publications, tv shows and books about some of the finest world class specimens found, collectors often share stories about their discoveries, the origins of their pieces, and the delicate processes that bring these minerals from the earth millions of years ago to market today, making the pursuit of mineral collecting about more than just the specimens themselves.
